Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive, you will develop and execute sales activities to generate company revenue and profits as well as capture customer needs to add value to relationships partner.

 Responsibilities:

 Manage and develop sales activities

  • Manage lead generation activities based on focus segments
  • Reach potential customers through various channels with consulting sales approach and solution

 Strengthen partnership with customers

  • Conduct business development meetings and key account management meetings
  • Listen to your customers' voices and address their concerns
  • There are activities to increase sales
  • Capture the value and add value of strategic partnerships

 Perform other support tasks

  • Prepare contracts and other administrative tasks to support sales activities
  • Coordinate with other departments to complete the work
  • Support and contribute to cultural activities (team building, sharing/learning sessions, etc.)
  • And other related tasks as assigned or deemed necessary to ensure the achievement of the job purpose

Required:

University graduate majoring in economics, business administration or related fields. Having technical knowledge, IT, especially new technologies (AI, BigData) is an advantage;

  • Experience in selling products to Hospitals (software, drugs or medical supplies)
  • Having knowledge of the industry, competitors, consulting and information seeking skills, the ability to work under high pressure and a sense of completion of the plan;
  • Ability to communicate coherently, good problem-solving skills, persuasive presentation skills and make a positive impression on customers;
  • Experience in program and project management (Program/Project Management)
  • Good English.
