“I'm so glad!”
Ms. Trinh Thi Tram (66 years old, living at 88 Lang Ha, Dong Da District, Hanoi) said that she and her husband were hanging out on the lakeside near the event area and were told that there was a free post-COVID-19 checkup program, so they participated.
Ms. Tram said she encountered COVID-19 2 months ago, after which she coughed continuously. She went to have 2 chest x-rays and was given antibiotics but still had terrible symptoms such as chest pain, which was very uncomfortable. "I see people talk about a post-COVID-19 check-up program, its being free of charge is the best thing, because elderly people like us have limited economic resources, while there are many complications after COVID-19," she said excitedly.
“Yesterday, I just had a pain from my back through to my chest, I was really scared. Coming here I had my heart checked, I'm very happy. Although it was crowded, the students made arrangements enthusiastically, the doctor examined carefully and returned the results very quickly. I am happy and moved because Vietnam has a program to care for people after COVID-19 like this. I am grateful for the program and hope that the program will be expanded to all regions, for a better quality of life,” said Ms. Tram emotionally.
